摘要
目的观察针刺联合颈椎关节错缝术治疗颈型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选取2021年11月—2022年11月萍乡市人民医院针灸门诊、中医骨伤科门诊及中医科住院部收治的58例颈型颈椎病患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各29例。对照组给予毫针针刺疗法,观察组在此基础上联合颈椎关节错缝术治疗。观察两组治疗前、治疗后、治疗3个月后的颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)和田中靖久颈椎病症状量表评分。结果治疗前,两组NDI、田中靖久颈椎病症状量表评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,与治疗前比较两组NDI评分均降低、田中靖久颈椎病症状量表评分均提高(P<0.05),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,与治疗后比较两组NDI评分均降低、田中靖久颈椎病症状量表评分均提高,且观察组两项评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合颈椎关节错缝术治疗颈型颈椎病,有利于改善患者颈椎功能、提高其生活质量,有较好的远期疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with joint dislocation reduction in the treatment of cer⁃vical spondylosis.Methods Fifty-eight patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to the acupuncture clinic,orthopedics and Trauma⁃tology clinic of traditional Chinese medicine and inpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine in Pingxiang People’s Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with joint dislocation reduction on the basis of the control group.The cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI)and Tanaka cervical spondylosis symptoms scores were observed before,after and 3 months after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant differ⁃ence in NDI and Tanaka Symptom scale score(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with before treatment,the NDI scores of both groups were decreased and Tanaka cervical spondylosis symptoms scores were increased(P<0.05),but there was no statistical signifi⁃cance between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,compared with after treatment,both NDI scores decreased and Tanaka cervical spondylosis symptoms scores increased,and both scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with joint dislocation reduction is beneficial to improve the function of the cervi⁃cal spine of patients,has a good long-term curative effect,and helps to improve the quality of life of patients.
