摘要
目的探讨瑞格列奈+二甲双胍对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称“慢阻肺”)合并糖尿病患者的治疗价值及对并发症的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2023年12月盐城市亭湖区人民医院全科医学科收治的98例慢阻肺合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为两组,各49例。对照组采用瑞格列奈治疗,观察组采用瑞格列奈+二甲双胍治疗,比较两组总有效率、血糖指标、肺功能指标、并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组第一秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in noe second,FEV1)、用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)以及FEV1/FVC均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍应用在慢阻肺合并糖尿病患者治疗中的效果突出,可调节机体血糖水平,降低并发症发生风险。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic value of repaglinide and metformin in patients with chronic ob⁃structive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with diabetes and its effect on complications.Methods A total of 98 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with diabetes who were treated in the Department of General Medicine of Tinghu District People's Hospital of Yancheng from January 2020 to December 2023 were se⁃lected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with repaglinide,and the observation group was treated with repaglinide+metformin.The total ef⁃fective rate,blood glucose index,lung function index and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume in noe second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC of the ob⁃servation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of repaglinide combined with metformin in the treat⁃ment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and diabetes is prominent,which can regulate the body's blood glucose level and reduce the risk of complications.
