摘要
针对孵化器设备中照蛋系统光线色温单一的问题,设计了一种色温可调孵化器照蛋系统,选用LED光源作为照蛋系统光源,根据孵化器孵化室的孵化容量设计样板,样板贴片不同色温值的光源,测试光源为单一色温值时的样板色温参数和不同色温值光源混光后的样板色温参数,完成半导体孵化器照蛋系统的设计。实验结果表明,该设计在照蛋时可以产生从暖色温到冷色温范围更大的色温区间,满足了不同孵化期、不同观察需求对照蛋系统灯光色温的要求,实现了对不同色温区间集成的照蛋功能,有利于大规模推广。
In order to solve the problem of single light and color temperature in the egg lighting system of incubators on the market,the study designs an egg lighting system with adjustable color temperature for incubators,selects LED light sources as the light source for the egg lighting system,designs a template based on the incubation capacity of the incubator,installs light sources with different color temperature values on the template,tests the sample color temperature parameters when the light source is a single color temperature value and the sample color temperature parameters after the light source with different color temperature values,completes the design of the semiconductor incubator egg lighting system.The results of the experiment show that the proposed design can generate a larger range of color temperature values from warm color temperature to cold color temperature when illuminating eggs,which meets the lighting color temperature requirements of egg systems for different incubation periods and observation needs.This realizes the integrated egg lighting function for different color temperature ranges,which is conducive to the large-scale promotion of production.
