摘要
人类活动和气候变化加剧了非本地物种在全球范围内的跨区域传播,导致外来生物入侵事件日益严重,已成为全球化的生态、经济和国家安全领域的重大问题。其中,水生入侵生物因其形态多样、隐蔽性高和入侵途径多样等特点,较陆生生物更加难以监测预警和防控。近年来,随着全球化的步伐加快,中国水生生物入侵日益严重,但相应的入侵机制研究相对薄弱,防控技术研发亦显不足。因此,本文综合梳理了中国水生生物入侵现状,并深入分析其带来的经济、生态和安全影响。在借鉴中国陆地生物入侵领域的研究成果和防控有效措施的基础上,分析了中国水生生物入侵防控面临的关键问题,并在入侵机制研究、关键技术研发和法规政策等方面对中国水生生物入侵防控提出了具体建议。本文系统分析并展望了中国入侵水生生物的现状和未来研究重点,旨在为国家生物安全规划以及任务决策部署提供参考依据。
Human activities and climate change have promoted the interregional spread of non-native alien species on a global area,causing increasingly serious alien biological invasion events,which have become one of the major ecological,economic and national security issues in globalization.Aquatic inva-sions are more difficult to detect and control than terrestrial species due to their diverse forms,high con-cealment and various invasion pathways.In recent years,with the accelerated pace of globalization,the invasion of aquatic organisms in China has become increasingly serious,but the research of invasion mechanism and development of prevention and control technology is insufficient.This review summarizes the present situation of aquatic biological invasion in China and its economic,ecological and security effects.Based on the current research results and effective prevention and control measures in the field of terrestrial biological invasion,we point out that the key problems of aquatic biological invasion prevention in China is that the country lack a complete set of prevention and control technology system for invasive aquatic organisms.We therefore put forward several aspects for the prevention and control of aquatic biological invasion in China including technology research and development,and the regulations and policies made by government.Our analysis and suggestions in this review provide a reference for na-tional biosafety planning and mission decision in the future.
