摘要
目的:探究理肺解毒益髓汤对晚期肺癌化疗的增效减毒作用及其机制。方法:将2021年1月—2022年3月河北省中医院呼吸一科收治的80例晚期肺癌化疗患者依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组进行常规化疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用理肺解毒益髓汤。比较两组临床疗效、毒副反应发生率、治疗前后生存质量[健康调查量表36(SF-36)]、免疫因子[白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-6、IL-10、IL-17及γ干扰素(IFN-γ)]及外周血循环肿瘤细胞数。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,毒副反应发生率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组SF-36评分、免疫因子及外周血循环肿瘤细胞数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组SF-36评分、IFN-γ水平均显著高于对照组,IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IL-17均显著低于对照组,外周血循环肿瘤细胞数少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:理肺解毒益髓汤在晚期肺癌化疗患者中的增效减毒作用突出,可显著改善患者的生存质量,可能是通过调节免疫因子发挥作用。
Objective:To investigate the the synergism and attenuation effect of Lifei Jiedu Yisui Decoction on chemotherapy of advanced lung cancer and its mechanism.Method:A total of 80 patients with advanced lung cancer with chemotherapy from January 2021 to March 2022 in Department of RespirationⅠ,Hebei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional chemotherapy,and the observation group received Lifei Jiedu Yisui Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of toxic side effects,quality of life[short form 36(SF-36)],immune factors[interleukin(IL)-4,IL-6,IL-10,IL-17 and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)]and the number of peripheral blood circulating tumor cell before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidences of toxic side effects were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SF-36 scores,immune factors and the number of peripheral blood circulating tumor cell between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,SF-36 scores and IFN-γlevel in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,and IL-4,IL-6,IL-10 and IL-17 were significantly lower than those in control group,and the number of peripheral blood circulating tumor cell was less than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lifei Jiedu Yisui Decoction has an outstanding effect of synergism and attenuation in patients with advanced lung cancer with chemotherapy,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,which might work through the regulation of immune factors.
