荧光探针在生物成像领域的广泛应用对于推动生物学知识的发展具有深远意义。它不仅为疾病诊断提供了全新的可能性,还为医学领域的研究和治疗提供了重要工具。这种技术的无创性、实时性、高敏感性和特异性特点吸引了越来越多的研究人员的关注和投入,进一步提升了疾病早期诊断的水平。本综述详细介绍了近5年来用于人体疾病诊断的荧光探针,总结了其在疾病生物标志物选择和应用策略方面的重要作用。同时,从生物成像和诊断的角度展望,探讨了荧光探针未来的发展趋势,旨在为研究人员提供更多灵感,为下一代疾病诊断策略提供新的思路,也为推动荧光探针技术相关的国家标准和指南的制定提供了借鉴内容。
The widespread application of fluorescent probes in biological imaging represents a significant advancement with profound implications for our understanding of biology.This technology not only opens up new avenues for disease diagnosis but also serves as a crucial tool for medical research and treatment.Its non-invasive nature,coupled with real-time,highly sensitive,and specific capabilities,has garnered increasing attention and investment from researchers,thereby bolstering early disease detection efforts.This review offers a comprehensive overview of the fluorescent probes utilized in human disease diagnosis over the past five years,highlighting their pivotal role in identifying disease biomarkers and optimizing application strategies.Furthermore,it delves into the future trajectory of fluorescent probe development,exploring emerging trends in biological imaging and diagnosis.This review aims to inspire researchers,provide new insights for the next generation of disease diagnostic strategies,and provide valuable input for the development of national standards and guidelines relate to fluorescent probe technology.
