摘要
研究裂解炭黑在7.00R16LT轻型载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明,在胎侧胶中加入5份裂解炭黑替代部分传统炭黑,对胶料的加工性能、物理性能、耐臭氧老化性能和耐疲劳性能无明显影响,生热略升高,成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能满足国家标准要求,同时有利于降低生产成本。
The application of pyrolysis carbon black in the sidewall compound of 7.00R16LT Light truck and bus radial tires was studied.The results showed that adding 5 phr pyrolysis carbon black to replace some traditional carbon black in the sidewall compound,had no obvious effect on processability,physical properties,ozone aging resistance and fatigue resistance of the compound,the heat generation was slightly increased,the high-speed performance and durability of the finish tire met the requirements of national standards,and the production costs were reduced.
