摘要
某船用锅炉对流蒸发管束频繁发生泄漏,采用宏观检测等方法对泄漏原因进行了分析。结果表明:由于给水中杂质元素过多,导致管内壁出现氧腐蚀,氧腐蚀坑积垢处长期处于炉水蒸发浓缩状态,持续产生垢下腐蚀。两种腐蚀共同作用导致泄漏。同时给出了锅炉运行维护的改进建议。
The leakage of convection-evaporation tube bundle frequently occurs in a Marine boiler.The causes of leakage are analyzed by means of macroscopic detection.The results show that oxygen corrosion occurs on the inner wall of the pipe due to excessive impurity elements in the feed water,and the scale of the oxygen corrosion pit is in the state of evaporation and concentration of furnace water for a long time,and underscale corrosion continues to occur.The two types of corrosion work together to cause leakage.At the same time,the improvement suggestions of boiler operation and maintenance are given.
