摘要
目的构建区域VTE防治一体化信息化平台,提升区域VTE规范化防治水平。方法基于医疗大数据和人工智能技术,整合医学数据标准构建适合区域VTE专病数据集及数据集采集标准,协同区域内二级医院和社区服务中心建设“组织、数据、知识、科研”四个一体化VTE防治信息化智能平台,统筹管理区域医疗机构VTE规范防治指标。结果区域VTE规范化防治信息平台建设后,通过数据监测发现,2023年上海市黄浦区域VTE总体风险评估率为62.10%,VTE发生率为0.71%,VTE预防率为28.50%。结论区域VTE防治一体化信息平台的建设,有效提升了区域VTE规范化防治水平和医院管理效能。
Objective To build an integrated information platform for regional VTE prevention and control,and enhance the standardized prevention and control level of regional VTE.Methods Based on medical big data and artificial intelligence technology,integrate medical data standards to construct a regional VTE specialized disease dataset and dataset collection standards.While Collaborateing with secondary hospitals and community service centers in the region to build four integrated VTE prevention and treatment information intelligent platforms of“organization,data,knowledge,and scientific research”,and coordinate the management of VTE prevention and control indicators in regional medical institutions.Results Huangpu District has established the first regional VTE standardized prevention and control information platform in China.Through data monitoring,it was found that the overall risk assessment rate of VTE in Huangpu District in 2023 was 62.10%,the VTE incidence rate was 0.71%,and the VTE prevention rate was 28.50%.Conclusion The construction of the regional VTE prevention and control integrated information platform has effectively improved the standardized prevention and control level of VTE in the region and the efficiency of hospital management.
