摘要
在生活污水处理厂生产运营管理中,会出现高浓度废水间歇式对生产造成冲击的情况,进而对生物系统造成冲击,易导致硝化不充分,出水氨氮上升,致使出水水质不稳定,易引发环保风险。因此,当生物处理系统受到冲击时,需要在接触消毒池中添加药剂,从而将氨氮控制在合理浓度范围内。次氯酸钠具有使用安全、操作简单、反应速度快的优点,并且对水体具有消毒作用,是用于去除水体中氨氮的良好氧化剂。本实验使用生活污水处理厂未消毒的出水配制质量浓度10 mg·L^(-1)的氨氮溶液,以次氯酸钠为氧化剂对氨氮进行去除。实验过程中利用单一变量法研究了次氯酸钠用量、反应时间、反应温度、反应pH值对氨氮去除效果的影响。实验结果表明当m(Cl2)∶m(N)=9.6∶1,反应时间为20 min,反应温度15℃~30℃,pH值在6.5~8.0之间时,氨氮除去率可达到100%,同时还可以保证合适的余氯值,生活污水可达标排放。因此,采用次氯酸钠去除生活污水中的氨氮具有重要的应用价值。
The intermittent high concentration wastewater leads to the incomplete nitrification,increasing ammonia-nitrogen content and negative impact on water quality and biological system during the domestic sewage treatment process,which will cause environmental problems.Therefore,it is necessary that the corresponding measures were conducted to control the ammonia-nitrogen content and protect biological wastewater treatment system.The sodium hypochlorite has the advantages of facile operation,rapid response and disinfector of water bodies,which is an effective oxidant to remove ammonia-nitrogen in water bodies.Here,10 mg·L^(-1) ammonia-nitrogen solution was obtained by the domestic sewage treatment plant.The ammonia-nitrogen was removed by sodium hypochlorite as oxidant.In experiment,the dosage of sodium hypochlorite,reaction time,reaction temperature and reaction pH were investigated by the single variable method to remove ammonia-nitrogen.According to the experimental results,we found that the ammonia-nitrogen removal efficiency reach 100%under m(Cl2)∶m(N)=9.6∶1,20 min,15℃~30℃and pH=6.5~8.0.Meanwhile,this method will also ensure the appropriate chlorine residual,which promote the domestic sewage discharge with the standards.Consequently,the ammonia-nitrogen removed by sodium hypochlorite is promising for the domestic sewage treatment.
