摘要
目的分析神经内科护士分层进阶管理的价值。方法选取永州市第三人民医院神经内科23名护士为研究对象,以2022年4月—2023年3月行传统护理管理为普通组,以2023年4月—2024年3月行护士分层进阶管理为实践组,两组护士为同一批。分析并比较护理质量、满意度及工作效率评分,并统计不良事件。结果实践组护理质量评分高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);实践组护士对管理模式的满意度评分均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);工作效率评估比较,实践组问题处理(24.03±0.61)分、专科检查(24.11±0.38)分、疼痛处理(24.19±0.20)分、给药处理(23.98±0.31)分高于普通组(23.19±0.45)分、(23.21±0.36)分、(23.56±0.27)分、(23.15±0.46)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.315、8.246、8.992、7.176,P均<0.05)。实践组发生护患纠纷事件4起,护理差错事件3起,普通组发生护患纠纷事件13起,护理差错事件12起,实践组不良事件少于普通组。结论护士分层进阶管理实施后能从多角度提升护士满意率,且神经内科管理质量以及护士工作效率均有提升,降低不良事件发生情况,保证神经内科管理安全性。
Objective To analyze the value of hierarchical advanced management of nurses in neurology department.Methods Twenty-three nurses in the Department of Neurology of the Third People's Hospital of Yongzhou City were selected as the research objects.The traditional nursing management from April 2022 to March 2023 was used as the general group,and the hierarchical advanced management from April 2023 to March 2024 was used as the practice group.The two groups of nurses were the same group.The scores of management quality,satisfaction and work efficiency were analyzed and compared,and adverse events were counted.Results The management quality score of the practice group was higher than that of the general group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of nurses in the practice group were higher than those in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Work efficiency evaluation comparison.The score of problem treatment was 24.03±0.61,specialist examination was 24.11±0.38,pain treatment was 24.19±0.20,and medication treatment was 23.98±0.31 in the practice group were higher than those in the general group 23.19±0.45,23.21±0.36,23.56±0.27,23.15±0.46,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.315,8.246,8.992,7.176,all P<0.05).There were 4 cases of nurse-patient disputes and 3 cases of nursing errors in the practice group.There were 13 cases of nurse-patient disputes and 12 cases of nursing errors in the general group.The adverse events in the practice group were less than those in the general group.Conclusion After the implementation of hierarchical advanced management of nurses,the satisfaction rate of nurses can be improved from multiple perspectives,and the quality of neurology management and the efficiency of nurses can be improved, the occurrence of adverse events can be reduced, and the safety of neurology management can be ensured.
