摘要
目的评析消毒供应室护理管理中,运用人性化管理的作用。方法选择临沂市中医医院消毒供应室护理人员23名作为研究对象,2022年2月—2023年2月期间作为对照组,采用常规管理;2023年3月—2024年3月期间作为观察组,进行人性化管理,对比两组消毒供应室护理人员的管理效果、消毒供应室护理人员对管理方法的满意度、护理人员的工作倦怠感。结果观察组管理效果评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组对管理的满意度100%(23/23)高于对照组78.26%(18/23),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.609,P<0.05)。观察组工作倦怠感评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论消毒供应室护理管理中,运用人性化管理有利于提升管理效果与科室的满意度,应用价值高。
Objective To evaluate the effect of humane management on the nursing management of disinfection supply room.Methods A total of twenty-three nursing staff from the disinfection supply room of Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.From February 2022 to February 2023 the routine management was adopted as the observation group;Humanized management was carried out as the observation group from March 2023 to March 2024.And the management effect,satisfaction with management methods and job burnout of nursing staff in disinfection supply room were compared between the two groups.Results The management effectiveness scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group with management was 100%(23/23),higher than 78.26%(18/23)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.609,P<0.05)..The observation group had lower job burnout scores compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of disinfection supply room,it is advantageous to enhance the management efficiency and the satisfaction of the department,so it is very valuable.
