汽车门内锁扣注塑工艺仿真分析与优化 被引量:1

Simulation Analysis and Optimization of Injection Molding Process of Automotive Door Inner Lock Catch

摘要 以某款汽车门内锁扣为研究对象,根据常用材料ABS+PC的特性和注塑参数选择了注塑机的型号,确定了分型面,设计了主流道的喷嘴与浇口套形状,根据锁扣的结构确定了浇口位置,并采用SolidWorks进行注塑仿真。在对仿真结果进行分析的基础上,优化了熔体温度、模具温度及其保压时间等工艺参数,最终得到了符合要求的成型工艺。 Taking the inner lock catch of a certain car door as the research object,based on the characteristics and injection molding parameters of commonly used material ABS+PC,the model of the injection molding machine was selected,the parting surface was determined,the shape of the nozzle and ingate sleeve of the main channel was designed,and the gate position was determined according to the structure of the lock,and the injection molding simulation was carried out with SolidWorks.The simulation results were analyzed,the process parameters,such as melt temperature,mold temperature and pressure holding time,were optimized,and finally the forming process meeting the requirements was obtained.
