苯酚染色测定小麦种子纯度技术的改良与应用

摘要 [目的]优化和改进苯酚染色法检测程序,以提高可操作性和种子纯度检测结果的准确性。[方法]对苯酚染色法进行改良,运用改良前后的苯酚染色法对标准样品进行颜色分类,对比鉴定小麦品种种子纯度,并提出优化后的染色法在种子生产经营中应注意的问题。[结果]改良后的苯酚染色法可操作性强,准确度高。[结论]应用苯酚染色法检测小麦种子纯度,针对某个品种要多做试验,找出此品种的特征显色,以增加鉴定的准确性。 [Objective]The aim was to optimize and improve the detection procedure of phenol staining method,so as to improve the operability and accuracy of seed purity detection results.[Method]The phenol staining method was improved,and the color classification of standard samples was carried out by using the phenol staining method before and after the improvement.The seed purity of wheat varieties was compared and identified,and the problems that should be paid attention to in the seed production and operation of the optimized staining method were put forward.[Result]The improved phenol staining method had strong operability and high accuracy.[Conclusion]When the phenol staining method is used to detect the purity of wheat seeds,more tests should be done for a certain variety to find out the characteristic color of this variety,in order to increase the accuracy of identification.
