摘要
高校班级思政委员是思政课教师的小助手、辅导员工作的小帮手、班级日常思政教育的小能手。加强班级思政委员队伍建设有利于发挥学生在思想政治教育过程中的主体性作用,提升高校思想政治教育工作的针对性和实效性。高校可以采取明确角色定位、严把遴选关口、搭建发展平台、健全评价机制等措施进一步提高班级思政委员队伍建设的质量,切实推动思政委员成为思想政治教育改革创新的有生力量。
The ideological and political committee member of the college class is the little assistant of the ideological and political course teachers,the little helper of the guidance counselor,and the little expert of the daily ideological and political education of the class.Strengthening the construction of class ideological and political committee members is conducive to giving full play to the subjective role of students in the process of ideological and political education,and improving the pertinancy and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges.Colleges can take measures such as further improving the quality of the construction of the ideological and political committee members of the class by strictly selecting the role positioning,building the development platform and improving the evaluation mechanism,and effectively promote the ideological and political committee members to become the effective force for the reform and innovation of ideological and political education.
