摘要
锌合金具有适宜的降解速度、良好的降解行为和较好的力学性能,是近年兴起的最具发展潜力的可降解医用材料。有望应用于口腔颌面部、种植和牙周骨缺损及骨科植入物等领域。免疫反应是决定种植体植入后命运的关键因素,巨噬细胞是影响植入物免疫反应的最重要因素,通过诱导巨噬细胞极化来减少宿主对种植体的炎症反应,可以促进骨再生。本文综述了生物可降解锌合金的研究现状,包括合金化、塑性变形和表面改性对锌的力学性能、生物降解性和生物相容性的影响,为利用生物材料调控宿主免疫反应进而促进骨再生提供新的思路。
Zn-based alloy is one of the most promising biodegradable medical materials with suitable degradation rate,good degradation behavior and good mechanical properties.It is poised for application in a variety of medical areas,including oral and maxillofacial surgery,dental implantation,periodontal bone defects,and orthopedic implants.Immune response is the key factor that determines the fate of implants after implantation,and macrophages are the most important factor affecting the immune response of implants.By inducing polarization of macrophages,the host inflammatory response to implants can be reduced and bone regeneration can be promoted.This paper reviews the current research status of biodegradable zinc alloys,including the effects of alloying,plastic deformation and surface modification on the mechanical properties,biodegradability and biocompatibility of zinc,providing a new idea for the use of biomaterials to regulate host immune response and promote bone regeneration.
