摘要
药食同源思想及产品是我国优秀传统饮食文化和中医药宝库的重要组成部分。加快发展药食同源产业是实现健康中国与经济振兴双重战略的需要。近年来,我国高度重视药食同源和营养健康产业的结合发展,然而,目前药食同源产业发展水平仍相对较低,产业优势未得到有效发挥,不少问题亟待解决。本文对我国药食同源产业发展问题进行了分析,并在此基础上提出综合发展建议,包括完善相关法律法规,加快产业治理体系建设;夯实产业技术基础,延伸全产业链发展;凝炼药食同源中医药文化内涵,推动药食同源文化传播;建立健全药食同源产业发展支撑体系,营造良性发展环境等方面,进而为推动我国药食同源产业快速发展提供参考。
The concept and products of medicine and food homology are important components of Chinese excellent traditional dietary culture and the treasure trove of traditional Chinese medicine.Accelerating the development of the medicine and food homologous industry is necessary for achieving a dual strategy of healthy China and economic revitalization.In recent years,China has attached great importance to the combined development of medicine and food homology and the nutrition and health industry.However,the current development level of medicine and food homologous industry is still relatively low,and its industrial advantages have not been effectively utilized.Many problems urgently need to be solved.This article analyzes the development problems of Chinese medicine and food homologous industry,and proposes comprehensive development suggestions based on this,including improving relevant laws and regulations and accelerating the construction of industrial governance system;consolidating the foundation of industrial technology and extending the development of the entire industry chain;condensing the cultural connotations and promoting the dissemination of the culture of medicine and food homology;establishing support systems for the development of medicine and food homologous industry,creating a favorable development environment,and thereby providing reference for promoting the rapid development of Chinese medicine and food homology industry.
