摘要
房屋渗漏会对居民的正常生活、建筑安全等方面产生严重影响。屋面渗漏在房屋建筑工程渗漏病害中最为常见,相对于其他部位,屋顶构造更加复杂,如果构造设计不合理,会影响其防水层功能的发挥,使建筑无法正常居住使用,造成一定的损失。为充分发挥防渗漏技术在房屋建筑工程中的价值,必须准确把握现阶段防渗漏技术的重要性,结合渗漏问题对房屋建筑工程的危害进行综合考虑。通过对实际房屋建筑工程项目的分析,精准把控渗漏问题产生的原因,从房屋建筑工程项目的各个环节做好处理,实现对防渗漏施工技术的合理运用,并以应用实践的方式持续推动防渗漏技术的进一步发展,思考防渗漏技术的优化方向。
House leakage will have a serious impact on the normal life of residents and building safety.Roof leakage is the most common in the leakage disease of housing construction projects.Compared with other parts,the roof structure is more complex.If the structural design is unreasonable,it will affect the function of its waterproof layer,so that the building cannot be used normally,resulting in certain losses.In order to give full play to the value of anti-leakage technology in housing construction projects,it is necessary to accurately grasp the importance of anti-leakage technology at the present stage,and comprehensively consider the hazards of housing construction projects in combination with leakage problems.Through the analysis of actual housing construction project,the cause of the leakage problems is accurately controlled,and the reasonable use of anti-leakage construction technology is realized from all aspects of the housing construction project,which can continuously promote the further development of anti-leakage technology in the way of application and practice,and consider the optimization direction of anti-leakage technology.
