摘要
目的:观察壮医药线点灸合止嗽散治疗风寒袭肺型咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,两组均以止嗽散治疗,治疗组加用壮医药线点灸治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率90%,痊愈率40%,显效率36.7%,均明显高于对照组;患者咳嗽症状积分和咳嗽视觉模拟评分明显下降,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壮医药线点灸合止嗽散治疗风寒袭肺型咳嗽疗效明显,值得临床推广。
Objective Observing the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion combined with Zhisou powder in treating cough of wind cold attacking lung type.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Zhisou power,and the treatment group was treated with Zhuang medicine line moxibustion.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the recovery rate was 40%,and the effective rate was 36.7%,which were significantly higher than the control group.The cough symptom score and cough visual analogue score of patients were significantly decreased,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion and Zhisou powder has a significant therapeutic effect on cough of wind cold attacking lung type,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
