EVA光伏封装胶膜专用料的性能研究

摘要 利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、高温凝胶渗透色谱仪(HT-GPC)、高温核磁共振波谱仪(HTC-NMR)等分析检测设备,对榆化能公司采用Lyondellbasell管式工艺生产的光伏胶膜专用料及国内外同类型的标杆产品进行了物性对比和产品性能分析。结果表明,所生产的光伏胶膜专用料,其VA含量与国外同类型产品的含量基本一致,黏弹性与国外同类型产品的LCB效果接近,且小幅优于国内同类型产品。从物性分析对比可知,所生产的光伏胶膜专用料,其各项物性检测指标完全能够满足太阳能光伏封装胶膜企业的加工要求。 The physical properties of photovoltaic adhesive film special material produced by Lyondellbasel tube process and the same type of benchmark products in China and abroad were compared and analyzed by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),high temperature gel permeation chromatography(HT-GPC)and high temperature nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer(HTC-NMR).The results showed that the VA content of the produced photovoltaic film special material was basically the same as that of similar foreign products,and its viscoelasticity was similar to the LCB effect of similar foreign products,and slightly better than that of similar domestic products.Through the analysis and comparison,the physical properties of photovoltaic material fully met the application requirements of solar photovoltaic film enterprises.
