摘要
基于TBM洞渣料的特性,结合设计技术要求,对洞渣料开展了抗压强度、颗粒分析、含水率、干密度等特性研究,针对路基填筑、路基水稳层用料拌制及填筑展开了进一步试验工作,并成功运用于现场施工,从而达到节省工程建设投资、减少料源开采和弃渣工程量的目的。
Based on the characteristics of TBM tunnel slag and combined with the design technical requirements,the research on characteristics of slag was conducted such as compressive strength,particle analysis,moisture content,and dry density.Further experimental work was carried out on the mixing and filling of materials for roadbed filling,roadbed water stabilization layer,and successfully used in on-site construction to achieve the purpose of saving engineering construction investment and reducing the amount of material source mining and slag abandonment.
