摘要
                
                    为推进以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系建立,在充分了解现阶段自然保护地总体要求基础上,对易县自然保护地现状进行摸底调查,梳理存在的主要问题,提出整合优化方法,并对易县自然保护地整合优化方案进行了定量化分析。结果表明:整合优化后,易县自然保护地数量由4处减少为3处,面积由50955.1 hm^(2)减少为42357.91 hm^(2),保护地面积占全县国土面积的比例由16.91%减少为16.72%。各类自然保护地不存在交叉重叠情况,历史遗留问题和矛盾冲突得到了有效解决,空间布局和功能分区更加科学合理。
                
                In order to promote the establishment of a nature reserve system with national park as the main body and on the basis of fully understanding the general requirement of nature reserves at present,this paper made a thorough investigation on the current situation,identified the main problems,proposed the integrated optimization method,and quantitatively analyzed the integration and optimization plan of nature reserves in Yi County.The results showed that after the integration and optimization,the number of nature reserves in Yi County decreases from 4 to 3.The total area of nature reserves decreases from 50955.1 hm^(2) to 42357.91 hm^(2),and the proportion of nature reserves to the total land areas of the county decreases from 16.91%to16.72%.There is no question of overlap,and historical legacy issues and conflicts have been effectively resolved among nature reserves.The spatial layout and functional zoning are more scientific and reasonable.
