摘要 通风安全是矿井安全生产的重点工作,合理的通风系统对于保证矿井安全生产、改善作业环境及提高生产效率极为重要。以江西耀升MP钨钼矿为研究对象,综合运用热球式风速仪、激光测距仪、空盒气压计等仪器对矿井进行实地考察测量,分析测量数据识别该矿井存在问题:①矿井通风系统漏风严重,或存在还未发现的大量进风处;②风质合格率较低,为60.92%;③主要风机的风门破损、漏风严重等。针对识别出的问题,提出了安装风机、增设风门、加强各巷道风门及风窗的管理和及时封闭采空区等措施。 Ventilation safety is the key work of mine safety production.Reasonable ventilation system is very important to ensure mine safety production,improve working environment and increase production efficiency.Taiking Yaosheng MP Tungsten and Molybdenum mine in Jiangxi Province as the research object,this paper comprehensively uses thermal ball anemometer,laser rangefinder,empty box barometer and other instruments to conduct field survey and measurement of the mine,and analyzes the measurement data to identify the problems in the mine:①the ventilation system of the mine has serious air leakage,or there are a large number of undiscovered air inlet;②the qualified rate of wind quality is low,and it is just 60.92%;③the damper of the main fan is damaged,and the air leakage is serious.In view of the identified problems,some measures are put forward,such as installing fans,adding air doors,strengthening the management of air doors and air windows in each roadway,and closing goaf in time.
