摘要
采用高温水平管式炉模拟水泥窑协同处置危废过程,通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射、能谱仪、离子色谱等对样品进行表征分析,探讨在不同煅烧温度下氯的转化情况。结果表明,在水泥窑协同处置的过程中,煅烧温度对氯的分布有显著影响。在高温下,氯化物可与水泥熟料中的主要成分发生反应,包括钙、硅、铝和铁,形成氯化物固溶体,从而减少了氯的溶解度,且煅烧温度越高,进入烟气和飞灰的氯的比例越大。同时揭示了氯的迁移途径和其对水泥熟料结构的影响。
The conversion mechanism of chlorine at different calcination temperatures was investigated by using a high-temperature horizontal tube furnace to simulate the collaborative disposal process of cement kilns.The samples were characterized and analyzed using scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,energy dispersive spectroscopy,ion chromatography,etc.The results indicate that the calcination temperature has a significant impact on the distribution of chlorine during the collaborative disposal process of cement kilns.At high temperatures,chlorides can react with the main compounds in cement clinker,including calcium,silicon,aluminum,and iron,forming chloride solid solutions,thereby reducing the solubility of chlorine.And the higher the calcination temperature,the greater the proportion of chlorine entering the flue gas and fly ash.At the same time,the migration pathway of chlorine and its impact on the structure of cement clinker were revealed.
