摘要
随着医疗数据的爆炸式增长和信息化技术的普及,数据治理和隐私保护成为医疗行业的核心关注点。对此,分别从数据采集与预处理、数据存储与管理以及数据分析与应用等方面分析大数据环境下的医院信息系统数据治理工作,在此基础上进一步探讨医院信息系统隐私保护面临的主要问题,并提出一系列隐私保护措施,为保障医院信息系统的隐私安全提供技术支持。
With the explosive growth of healthcare data and the spread of information technology,data governance and privacy protection have become a core concern for the healthcare industry.In this regard,this paper analyzes the data governance work of hospital information system in the big data environment from the aspects of data collection and preprocessing,data storage and management,data analysis and application,etc.On this basis,it further discusses the main problems faced by the privacy protection of hospital information system,and proposes a series of privacy protection measures,and then provide technical support for protecting the privacy and security of hospital information system.
