摘要
运用问卷调查法、实地访谈法等研究方法,对OBE理念下高职院校体育课程服务专业建设进行探索,旨在提高人才培养质量,深挖体育课程育人路径。以某学院医学美容技术专业的学生、体育教师、专业教师、主管领导为调查对象,从现状调查、职业综合素养、专业综合素养3个方面对体育课程服务专业建设进行分析,并提出以下建设路径:一是基于成果导向,优化课程目标与内容;二是持续改进,实施课程内容;三是构建多元评价体系,形成教学环节闭环;四是提高体育教师专业教学能力。
This paper uses research methods such as Questionnaire Survey and Field Interview to explore the construction of Physical Education(PE)curriculum Service major in higher vocational colleges under OBE concept,in order to improve the quality of talent training,and dig deeper into the path of PE curriculum.Taking students,PE teachers,professional teachers and leaders of Medical Cosmetology Technology major in XX College as the survey objects,this paper analyzes the construction of PE curriculum Service specialty from three aspects:current situation investigation,professional comprehensive literacy and professional comprehensive literacy,and puts forward the following construction paths:First,based on the outcome orientation,optimize the curriculum objectives and contents;Second,insist on continuous improvement and implement the curriculum content;Third,construct multiple evaluation system to form closed loop of teaching link;The fourth,improve the professional teaching ability of PE teachers.
