摘要
在北方严寒地区,在“三改联动”政策推动下,从系统层面合理规划煤电供热改造和灵活性改造的方式与规模可有效指导煤电厂科学决策,提升新能源消纳水平。基于严寒地区电力系统和供热系统以热电联产为耦合点高度耦合的特征,构建了一种电-热综合能源视角下,风光新能源与煤电供热改造、灵活性改造协同规划模型。该模型考虑了当前煤电抽汽供热改造、高背压改造、低压缸零出力改造以及储热、电制热配置等国内主流改造路线,计及热电厂与锅炉房分区供热模式,采用改造方案与运行模拟一体化优化计算方式进行规划。参照北方某实际系统构建算例验证所提模型的有效性。
In the cold northern areas,under the promotion of the"three-renovation"policy,the reasonable planning of the methods and scale for the heating reformation and flexibility reformation of coal-fired units from the view of the system can effectively improve the utilization efficiency of fossil energy and improve the acceptance capacity of renewable energy.In cold regions,power and heating systems were coupled with combined heat and power(CHP)as the coupling point.Based on this characteristic,a collaborative planning model for renewable energy and coal-fired CHP flexibility reformation was constructed from the perspective of an integrated electricity and heat energy system.In the proposed model,the current mainstream domestic reformation routes for coal-fired units,such as extraction heating reformation,high back pressure reformation,low-pressure cylinder zero output reformation,and heat storage and electric heating configuration,were considered.A divisional heat supply mode of district heating for CHP plants and boilers was considered,and an integrated optimization calculation method of cooperative planning and operation simulation was adopted.Finally,a numerical example based on a real system in North China was constructed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
