“住区-路径-公园”:基于步行可达视角的山地城市绿色基础设施供需研究 被引量:1

"Residences-Paths-Parks":Study on the Supply and Demand of Green Infrastructure in Mountain City on the Perspective of Walkability Accessibility

摘要 城市公园作为最典型的城市绿色基础设施类型在提供生态价值的同时,也与居民的公共生活和身心健康息息相关。研究从“步行可达”感知视角出发,提出基于“公园-居民”供需评价的“三段式”理论框架,构建“住区-路径-公园”三段供给和居民需求两个维度的评价指标,并通过CRITIC赋值法和耦合协调度模型对渝中区山地城市绿色基础设施与居住单元的供需平衡进行研究。研究发现:1)研究区域整体供给水平较高,但场地中部和东部的供给水平大面积不足。2)供需空间分布相对不平衡,空间分异较为明显,呈现“供给西高东低,需求东高西低”的基本特征。3)局部供需匹配度差异大,供需得分最高和最低的路线相差3.7倍。本文基于步行可达视角提出“公园-居民”供需平衡理论与方法,有利于山地城市更精准的绿色基础设施资源配置与空间品质提升。 As the most typical type of urban green infrastructure,urban parks provide ecological value and are also closely related to residents'public life and physical and mental health.From the perspective of"walkability",the study proposes a"three-stage"theoretical framework based on the evaluation of balanced supply and demand of"parks-residents",and constructs two dimensional evaluation indicators of supply and demand of"residences-paths-parks".Finally,the supply-demand balance between green infrastructure and residential units in mountain city in Yuzhong District is investigated through the CRITIC method and the Couplling Coordination Degree model.The study finds that:1)The overall supply level in the study area is high,but the supply level in the central and eastern districts of the site is largely insufficient.2)The spatial distribution of supply and demand is relatively unbalanced,and the spatial differentiation is more obvious,presenting the basic characteristics of"supply is high in the west districts and low in the east districts,while demand is high in the east districts and low in the west districts".3)There is a significant difference in the matching degree between local supply and demand,with the path with the highest and lowest supply and demand scores differing by 3.7 times.This paper proposes the theory and method of"parks-residents"supply-demand balance on the perspective of walkability,which is conducive to a more accurate allocation of green infrastructure resources and spatial quality improvement in mountain city.
