摘要
全媒体时代的到来,改变了媒体形态、传播方式和人们的信息获取习惯。高校辅导员需要结合全媒体传播特点,有效开展军士生教育管理工作,以适应时代发展要求。全媒体传播能够扩大思想政治教育的覆盖面,促进军士生自主学习和探索,强化思想政治育人和网络育人效果。在全媒体视域下,高校辅导员要通过不断提升自身专业素质、打造全媒体红色基因传播矩阵、打造党建品牌等路径,积极搭建全新教育平台,积极开展网络思政育人活动,提升思想政治教育的时效性和实效性,为高校军士生培养工作作出更大的贡献。
The arrival of the all media era has changed the form of media,communication methods,and people's habits of information acquisition.College counselors need to combine the characteristics of all media communication to effectively carry out the education and management of military students,in order to meet the requirements of the times.Full media dissemination can expand the coverage of ideological and political education,promote independent learning and exploration among military students,and strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education as well as online education.In the perspective of all media,college counselors should actively build a new education platform,carry out online ideological and political education activities,enhance the timeliness and effectiveness of ideological and political education,and make greater contributions to the training of college students by continuously improving their professional quality,creating a red gene dissemination matrix for all media,and building party building brands.
