一种无源螺栓连接结构松动失效RFID监测的标签天线设计

Design of a RFID Tag Antenna for Monitoring Loosening and Failure of Passive Bolt Connection Structures

摘要 为辅助水力发电机组关键位置螺栓连接结构松动失效预警、动态监测,实现水力发电机组关键位置螺栓松动检测智能化,设计了一款用于螺栓松动检测的无源RFID标签天线。首先,采用弯折偶极子和末端短路设计,使天线达到了目标中心谐振频率;其次,在天线下方增加横线,类似于匹配环结构,实现了标签天线与目标芯片之间的阻抗匹配。通过HFSS软件对标签天线结构参数进行仿真优化,从而确定标签天线结构参数的最终取值为60 mm×60 mm×1.6 mm。仿真表明标签天线的中心频率为915 MHz,得到回波损耗小于-10 dB的频率范围为840~980 MHz,增益最大达到0.9 dB,满足水力发电机组关键位置螺栓松动检测的距离要求,在螺栓松动检测方面具有一定的应用价值。 In order to facilitate early warning and dynamic monitoring of the bolt connection structure loosening failure at the key positions of hydraulic generator sets,and to realize the intelligent detection of bolt loosening,a passive RFID tag antenna for bolt loosening monitoring is designed.First the bent dipole and end short circuit design are used to make the antenna reach the target center resonant frequency.Second a horizontal line is added under the antenna,similar to the matching ring structure,which realizes the impedance matching between the tag antenna and the target chip.The structural parameters of the tag antenna are simulated and optimized by HFSS software to finally determine the structural parameters of the tag antenna.The optimal design parameters of the tag antenna is 60 mm×60 mm×1.6 mm.The simulation shows that the center frequency of the designed tag antenna is 915 MHz,the bandwidth range of the return loss is less than-10 dB is 840~980 MHz,and the maximum gain is 0.9 dB.The proposed tag antenna can meet the distance requirement of bolt loosening detection at key positions ofhydraulic generator sets,and has certain application value.
