摘要
为进一步深入贯彻党的二十大精神,推进《云南省“十四五”打造“健康生活目的地”发展规划》的实行,云南省各级党委、政府做出重大部署,“聚焦名副其实的历史文化名城、世界一流绿色食品牌”,进而打造宜居、宜业、宜游、宜养的文旅示范区。云南省大理市喜洲镇中和邑村秉持生态、绿色发展理念,是落实云南省发展规划、城乡建设的重要议程,是建设乡村振兴示范区的重要基石,是改善人居环境的首个落脚点。中和邑村在计划改造阶段遇到了很多挫折,例如交通不便、大量工业化建设的涌入破坏了原有的优越地质和环境,为此需要进一步改进整治方向。生态5R原则的提出,使得中和邑村环境建设与治理方针得到更新,有利于其摆脱不合时宜的发展模式,完善乡村振兴示范区的整体布局。
In order to further implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and to promote the Development Plan of Yunnan to Build a Healthy Life Destination in the 14th Five-Year Plan,the provincial and state governments and party committees have made significant deployments to“focus on truly historic and cultural cities and world-class green food brands”,so as to build cultural and tourism demonstration areas that are good for living,business,tourism and wellness.Zhongheyi village in Xizhou town,Dali city,adhering to the concept of ecological and green development,is an important agenda to implement the development planning and urban and rural construction of Yunnan Province,an important cornerstone of building a rural revitalization demonstration zone,and the first foothold to improve the living environment.During the planned renovation phase,Zhongheyi village encountered many setbacks,such as inconvenient transportation,and the influx of a large number of industrial construction,which damaged the original geology and environment.Therefore,the rectification direction needs to be further improved.The principle of ecological 5Rs concept has improved the environmental construction and governance policies of Zhongheyi village,broken away from outdated development models,and completed the overall layout of the rural revitalization demonstration zone.
