摘要
中国经济发展步入新常态以来,安徽省顺应全球经济一体化、数字化发展趋势,大力发展数字经济,并以绿色发展理念指导区域内各市、县经济、文化、社会建设等可持续发展。然而,当前安徽省制造业在数字经济带动下面临数字技术研发创新能力不足、新型基础设施建设薄弱、绿色发展专业人才紧缺等问题,也对省内自然、生态环境造成重大威胁。安徽省要践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”的理念,加大数字技术研发力度,加快新型基础设施建设,推动环境、人才、产业全面升级,多措并举改善生态环境质量,让“数字安徽”与“美丽安徽”协调一致,闯出一条数字经济与绿色发展协同发展新路子。
Since the development of the Chinese economy has entered the new normal,Anhui province has adapted to the trend of global economic integration and digital development,vigorously developed the digital economy,and guided the sustainable development of economy,culture,and social construction of various cities and counties in the region with the concept of green development.However,driven by the digital economy,the current manufacturing industry in Anhui province faces problems such as insufficient digital technology research and development and innovation capabilities,weak construction of new infrastructure,and a shortage of green development professionals driven by the digital economy,which also pose a significant threat to the natural and ecological environment within the province.Anhui province should practice the concept of"lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",increase research and development efforts in digital technology,accelerate the construction of new infrastructure,promote the comprehensive upgrading of the environment,talents,and industries,take multiple measures to improve the quality of the ecological environment,and coordinate the development of"Digital Anhui"and"Beautiful Anhui"to create a new path of coordinated development between digital economy and green development.
