摘要
以“全生命期低碳化”为主要目标和设计手段,对既有办公空间展开建筑改造实践,通过空间用能、灵活适变、轻量建构、绿量提升、循环再生和智慧调控六个方面展开建筑营造。
The paper carries out a practice of the existing office renovation with the goal of all life cycle low carbonization.The office renovation follows six design strategies including space energy use,flexibility and adaptability space,light skeleton,green quantity improvement,recycling and smart regulation.
