摘要
在汽车涂装生产线应用喷漆机器人是提高效率、提升漆膜质量、降低劳动成本的重要措施。机器人喷涂系统中车型仿形程序的示教和喷涂参数的优化调整是新生产线及新车型投产的必经过程,一个良好的示教程序和喷涂参数对车身漆膜外观有着重要的影响。文章结合某生产线引进机器人喷涂初步探讨了喷涂仿形调试开发的流程,并对喷涂质量改进过程中碰到的部分缺陷问题提出解决措施,提升了喷涂质量。
The application of spray painting robot in automobile coating production line is an important measure to improve efficiency,improve the quality of paint film and reduce labor cost.In the robot spraying system,the teaching of imitation procedures and the optimization of spraying parameters are the necessary process for new production lines and the production of new models.A good teaching procedure and spraying parameters have an important impact on the appearance of the body paint film.In this paper,combined with the introduction of robot spraying in a production line,the process of spraying imitation debugging develop-ment is preliminarily discussed,and the proposed solutions to some defects encountered in the spraying quality optimization pro-cess,and improved the spraying quality.
