摘要
分析吉安市下前坑-南坑地区新发现的沉积变质型硅石矿的成矿地质背景及矿床地质特征,并进行选矿提纯研究。在试验过程中,采用矿物自动分析仪(Mineral Liberation Analyzer,MLA)测定样品的矿物组成及含量。通过采用“擦洗-脱泥-色选-强磁选-酸洗”的主干工艺流程,最终获得产率为91.59%、SiO2品位为98.69%、Fe_(2)O_(3)含量为0.21%的石英精矿。
Analyze the ore-forming geological background and geological characteristics of the newly discovered sedimentary metamorphic silica deposit in the Xiaqiankeng Nankeng area of Ji'an city,and conduct mineral processing and purification research.During the experiment,a Mineral Liberation Analyzer(MLA)was used to determine the mineral composition and content of the sample.By adopting the main process of"scrubbing,desliming,color selection,strong magnetic separation,acid washing",a quartz concentrate with a yield of 91.59%,Si0_(2) grade of 98.69%,and Fe_(2)O_(3) content of 0.21% was finally obtained.
