摘要
研究以澳门地区某超高层建筑项目为背景,详细论述了设置沉降后浇带的作用及缺点。在此基础上,研究结合工程实际,通过理论计算与现场勘查相结合的方式,提出了沉降后浇带提前封闭技术。该技术具有可缩短施工周期,提高防锈防水性能,减少工程安全隐患和降低施工成本的优势,其可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The study takes a super high-rise building project in Macao as the background and elaborates in detail on the role and disadvantages of setting up post settlement pouring strips.On this basis,combined with engineering practice,the technology of pre sealing the settlement pouring belt was proposed through a combination of theoretical calculation and on-site investigation.This technology has the advantages of shortening the construction period,improving rust and waterproof performance,reducing engineering safety hazards,and lowering construction costs.It can provide reference for similar projects.
