摘要
油页岩是一种储量十分丰富的新型非常规石油资源,目前比较成熟的油页岩干馏技术多数处理含油率高于5.5%的12~75 mm的块状页岩,油回收率较低。为提高资源利用率,保证资源高效利用,开展了油页岩分质高效利用技术研究。结果表明:通过块状页岩分级均匀干馏技术、小颗粒页岩叉流干馏技术、低品位页岩与有机固废耦合干馏技术等三种干馏技术的结合,可实现对油页岩全粒度、全品位分质高效利用。
Oil shale is a new type of oil Unconventional oil resource with rich reserves.Most of the mature oil shale retorting technologies treat massive shale with oil content of 12~75 mm and above 3.5%,and the oil recovery rate is low.In order to improve the utilization ratio of resources and ensure the efficient utilization of resources,the technology of high efficient utilization of oil shale has been studied.The results show that:through the combination of three kinds of retorting technologies:the homogeneous fractionation of massive shale,the fork-flow retorting of small-size shale,and the coupling retorting of low-grade shale and organic solid waste,the utility model can realize the high efficient utilization of the oil shale with full grain size and full grade.
