摘要 目前,在低温绝热压力容器运行过程中,受各种因素影响容易出现失效问题。一旦出现该问题,就会进一步影响低温绝热压力容器功能,造成比较严重的影响。因此,需要对失效原因进行合理分析,并在此基础上选择更合适的检验及评定方式,确保低温绝热压力容器功能的正常发挥。基于此,本文主要对低温绝热压力容器的失效因素以及检验评定技术进行分析研究,以期为相关人员提供参考。 At present,failure problems are prone to occur during the operation of low-temperature insulated pressure vessels due to various factors.Once this problem occurs,it will further affect the function of low-temperature insulated pressure vessels,causing serious impacts.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a reasonable analysis of the causes of failure and select more appropriate inspection and evaluation methods based on this to ensure the normal functioning of low-temperature insulated pressure vessels.Based on this,this article mainly analyzes and studies the failure factors and inspection and evaluation techniques of low-temperature insulated pressure vessels,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
