摘要
在RCEP宏观背景下,广西作为我国与东盟国家交流合作的重要前沿和关键窗口,必将走进发展新阶段。文章在解析RCEP主要内容的基础上,结合近年来广西高质量实施RCEP的情况,分析了广西经济发展面临的机遇与挑战,并对广西产业发展提出对策建议:加强制度创新,适应RCEP新规则;积极融入跨国生产链,打造产业发展新优势;链接国内市场与资源,建设向海开放发展新标杆。
Under the macro backdrop of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP),Guangxi,as an important platform and strategic gateway for China's exchanges and cooperation with ASEAN countries,is entering a new era of development.This paper first reviews the core content of the RCEP,and then,by integrating the high-quality development practices of Guangxi under the RCEP framework in recent years,deeply analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by Guangxi's economic development in the new situation.The paper further proposes targeted industrial development strategies:first,to strengthen institutional innovation to adapt to the new rules brought by RCEP;second,to actively participate in transnational industrial chains to cultivate new drivers for industrial development;and third,to enhance the linkage between the domestic market and resources to create a new highland for open development facing the ocean,thereby helping Guangxi's economy to achieve higher quality growth.
