摘要
试验以白云区采集分离的褐灵菇为试材,经ITS鉴定后建立系统发育树,并按照基础生物学研究方法,对其最佳培养条件进行研究。结果表明,褐灵菇为侧耳属(Pleurotus)类群,与工厂化栽培种杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii)亲缘性近。生物学特性研究表明,褐灵菇最适碳源为糊精、最适氮源为豆粕粉、最适生长的温度范围为20~25℃、最适生长的pH值范围为6~9。该研究为以后褐灵菇资源的开发利用提供了理论依据,为褐灵菇规模化生产奠定基础。
The Pleurotus eryngii strain as the test material was collected and isolated from the Baiyun District,Guiyang City.After ITS identification,a phylogenetic tree was established.The optimal cultivation conditions for Pleurotus eryngii were studied using basic biological research methods.The results showed that Pleurotus eryngii belongs to the genus Pleurotus and is closely related to the factory-cultivated Pleurotus eryngii.The optimal carbon source for Pleurotus eryngii was dextrin.The optimal nitrogen source was soybean meal powder.The optimal temperature range for growth was 20-25℃.And the optimal pH range for growth was pH 6 to pH 9.This study provided a theoretical basis for the future development and utilization of Pleurotus eryngii resources and layed a foundation for its large-scale production.
