摘要
基于现代汽车服务业高质量发展的背景,分析现代汽车服务的特征和人才需求,对复合型人才的能力结构进行分析,培养具备“专业+信息+创新创业+”能力的复合型人才,才能更好的适应“两新四高”现代汽车服务业的要求,并以ASEP校企合作项目为例陈述践行校企合作,落实校企双元育人是复合型人才培养的重要渠道。
Based on the background of the high-quality development of Hyundai Automobile Service Industry,this paper analyzes the characteristics and talent needs of Hyundai Automobile Service,analyzes the ability structure of compound talents,and cultivates compound talents with the ability of"professional+","information+"and"innovation and entrepreneurship+"in order to better meet the requirements of"two new and four high"modern automobile service industry.Taking ASEP school-enterprise cooperation as an example,it is stated that the practice of school-enterprise cooperation and the implementation of school-enterprise dual education are important channels for the cultivation of compound talents.
