摘要如何在保护历史文化资源的同时,推动历史城区产业结构优化和升级,实现可持续发展,使文化遗产得以传承赓续,是当前重要研究课题。基于韧性城市视角,以江苏省淮安市淮安区历史城区产业更新为例,把产业更新视为动态演进过程。重点关注在历史城区产业更新中文化、空间、产业如何和谐共生,增加历史城区物质空间和产业业态的韧性。尽管淮安历史城区产业业态随时代经历了数次迭代,但历史文化资源保护和再利用始终贯穿其中,是其核心生命力。这不仅反映了历史城区产业更新的韧性机制,而且提供了一个核心的产业更新路径,即产业的动态持续优化。总结了韧性城市视角下淮安历史城区产业更新的具体策略和方法。通过淮安历史城区产业更新实践探索,以期可以为国内其他历史城区,特别是历史文化遗产资源密集区域产业更新提供参考。 How to promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of historical and cultural blocks while protecting historical and cultural resources,achieving sustainable development,and ensuring the inheritance and continuation of cultural heritage is an important research topic at present.From the perspective of resilient cities,based on the industrial renewal of the historical urban area of Huai'an District,Huai'an City,Jiangsu Province as an example,the industrial renewal is regarded as a dynamic evolution process,which focuses on how culture,space,and industry can harmoniously coexist in the industrial renewal of historical urban area,and increase the resilience of the material space and industrial formats of historical urban area.Although the industrial format of Huai'an historical urban area has undergone several iterations with the times,the protection and reuse of historical and cultural resources have always been integrated and are its core vitality.This not only reflects the resilience mechanism of industrial renewal in historical districts,but also provides us with a core industrial renewal path,namely the dynamic and continuous optimization of industries.The specific strategies and methods for the industrial renewal in the Huai'an historical urban area are summarized from the perspective of resilient cities.Through the practical exploration of the industrial renewal of the historical urban area of Huai'an,we hope to provide reference for industrial renewal in other historical urban area in China,especially in areas with dense historical and cultural heritage resources.
