摘要
从目前已公布出土医学文献入手,对膏脂类药物的应用情况进行了探索。根据膏脂类药物使用的具体情况将其分为动物类、植物类,其余一些器物类、泛指及待考的药物归为其他类。动物膏脂类药物出现次数最多,有53处,其次为其他膏脂类药物,有24处,植物膏脂类药物出现频数最少,仅13处,并分类厘清其异名情况。根据膏脂类药物在临床中的使用,梳理其在外科疾病、内科疾病、妇科与儿科疾病、皮肤科疾病、房中医方、养生医方、其他疾病等7个方面的运用特点。认为膏脂类药物在中医药学中不断发挥着其独特的作用,探究其发展、演变过程有利于古为今用,对现代膏脂类药物的运用提供借鉴。
In this paper,starting from the currently published unearthed medical literature,the application of the ointment drugs has been initially explored.According to the specific situation of the use of ointment drugs,they are classified into animal and plant categories,while other types of utensils,general terms,and drugs to be studied are classified into other categories.Animal ointment drugs have the highest frequency of occurrence,with 53 occurrences,followed by other ointment drugs with 24 occurrences.Plant ointment drugs have the lowest frequency of occurrence,with only 13 occurrences,and their synonyms are classified and clarified.Based on the clinical use of ointment drugs,summarize their application characteristics in seven aspects:surgical diseases,internal medicine diseases,gynecological and pediatric diseases,dermatological diseases,traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,health preservation prescriptions,and other diseases.It is believed that traditional Chinese medicine continuously plays a unique role in the development and evolution of ointment and lipid drugs.Exploring their development and evolution process is beneficial for applying them from ancient times to the present,and provides reference for the application of modern ointment drugs.
