基于QC方法降低后轮罩钣金冲压成型废品率

摘要 通过问题解决型质量控制(QC)方法的运用,识别出后轮罩钣金冲压成型高废品率的主要症结和主要原因,运用精益化的工艺对策实施解决了成型问题,制件满足量产质量要求,实现了废品率和造车交样以及疲劳耐久车的断点要求等课题目标。同时,优化了同步工程开发流程,增加对国产化项目关键零件的定点技术评审、开模评审和工程更改的工艺评审要求,并可推广应用到整车各系统的金属工艺同步开发中,可保证产品高质量及成本最优的精益化设计。 By applying problem-solving quality control(QC)methods,the main issues and key factors for the high scrap rate of rear wheel sheet metal panel stamping are identified.Lean pro⁃cess strategies are applied to solve the forming problem,and the parts meet the quality requirements of mass production.The project goals of scrap rate,vehicle sampling,and fatigue durability vehicle breakpoint requirements are achieved.Likewise,the simultaneous engineering development process has been optimized,and the requirements for technical review,tooling kick-off review,and engineer⁃ing change process review of key components in localization programs have been added.The method can be promoted and applied to the simultaneous development of metal processes in various systems of the vehicle,ensuring high-quality products and optimal cost lean design.
