摘要
针对调度员在填写、审核、执行调度操作命令票时需要来回切换操作界面、难以把握调度操作命令票进度状态等问题以及伴随可能引发的票单填写不规范、操作延时、恶性电气误操作等安全风险,提出了建设调度操作命令票集中展示智能平台。该平台基于配电网运行管理技术支持平台的微服务架构技术,采用缩略图形式将同一时间维度的调度操作命令票进行集中轮播,构建调度操作命令票运行状态与调度操作关联逻辑策略智能预警调度操作节点,融合多源异构数据实现调度操作命令票的快速填写和审核。目前研究成果已在某地市供电局配网调度班组投入使用,经过测试验证,该智能平台能够明显缩短调度操作命令票的操作时长、调度操作智能提醒功能正确率达到100%,可以有效提升工作效率。
In view of the problems that dispatchers need to switch back and forth operation interfaces when writing,reviewing and executing dispatch operation tickets,difficulty in understanding the progress status of dispatch operation command tickets and other potential security risks that caused by irregular ticket,operation delay,human misoperation,a dispatching operation ticket centralized display intelligent platform is proposed.Based on the microservice architecture technology of the distribution network operation management technical support platform,the platform uses thumbnails to carry out centralized rotation of scheduling operation command tickets of the same time dimension,constructs logical policies associated with scheduling operation command tickets to intelligently remind dispatching operation nodes,and integrates multi-source heterogeneous data to quickly write and review dispatching operation command tickets.At present,the research achievements have been put into use by dispatching crew of some power supply bureau.The platform can shorten the operation duration of the dispatching operation ticket and its accuracy of intelligent reminder can be 100%,therefore obviously improve the dispatching efficiency.
