摘要
经典名方疗效确切,临床应用广泛,是当前中药二次开发的热点,促进经典名方向中药复方制剂的研发和转化,对中药传承创新发展具有重大意义。近年来,随着人们对中药认可度的提高,中药复方颗粒剂在国内迅速发展,由于其具有剂量准确、疗效确切、安全性高等特点,需求量不断增加。本文以中药复方颗粒剂为载体,对经典名方中药复方颗粒剂制备中涉及的浓缩工艺、干燥工艺、浸膏粉的粉体性质、辅料的选用及制粒工艺进行综述,并对中药颗粒剂未来的发展趋势进行探讨,为今后经典名方中药复方制剂的开发提供一定参考。
Classic prescription has precise therapeutic effects and wide clinical applications,making them a hot topic in the secondary development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Promoting the research and transformation of classic formulas in TCM compound formulations is significant for the inheritance,innovation,and development of TCM.In recent years,with the increasing recognition of TCM,TCM compound granules have developed rapidly in China.Due to their characteristics of accurate dosage,definite therapeutic effect,and high safety,the demand for them continues to increase.This article uses TCM compound granules as carriers to review the concentration process,drying process,powder properties of extract powder,selection of excipients,and granulation process involved in preparing classic and famous TCM compound granules.It also explores the future development trend of TCM granules,providing some reference for the future development of classic and famous TCM compound granules.
