摘要
随着社会经济快速发展和产业结构不断升级,应用型本科高校面临着人才培养模式创新的迫切需求。文章分析了应用型本科高校创新人才培养模式的必要性,指出了社会需求的变化、产业升级的挑战以及教育质量提升的内在要求;分析人才培养模式创新的可行性,包括政策环境、合作条件、教育技术和师资队伍;在上述基础上提出创新策略,涵盖创新教育理念与目标、优化课程设置与教学内容、加强实践教学与产学研合作,以及加强师资队伍建设和教学资源整合;讨论了实施保障措施,包括加强组织领导、争取外部支持和投入。旨在为应用型本科高校提供人才培养模式创新的理论依据和实践指导。
With the rapid development of the social economy and the continuous upgrading of industrial structure,applied undergraduate universities are facing an urgent need for innovative talent training models.The article analyzes the necessity of innovative talent cultivation models in application-oriented undergraduate universities,pointing out the changes in social demand,the challenges of industrial upgrading,and the inherent requirements for improving educational quality;Analyze the feasibility of innovative talent cultivation models,including policy environment,cooperation conditions,educational technology,and teaching staff;On the basis of the above,innovative strategies are proposed,covering innovative educational concepts and goals,optimizing curriculum design and teaching content,strengthening practical teaching and industry university research cooperation,as well as strengthening the construction of teaching staff and the integration of teaching resources;Discussed the implementation of safeguard measures,including strengthening organizational leadership,seeking external support and investment.Intended to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for innovative talent cultivation models in applied undergraduate universities.
