摘要
在河北省能源局“十四五”期间推动煤电机组改造升级背景下,本文以某电厂350MW机组改造为例,探讨了低温省煤器的工作原理及其作用,阐述了低温省煤器的改造方案和实施效果,提出了低温省煤器对发电煤耗影响的计算方法,并对实施改造后的机组发电煤耗、除尘器效率及烟尘、NOx等排放物变化情况进行系统分析。结果表明,改造后的机组发电煤耗和NOx排放浓度有所降低,除尘器效率提高约3.6%。这些成果不仅提升了机组的经济性,还显著降低了污染物排放,为其他电厂的技术改造提供了参考。
Under the background of promoting the transformation and upgrading of coal-fired power units during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period by the Energy Bureau of Hebei Province,this paper takes the transformation of a 350MW unit in a power plant as an example to explore the working principle and role of the low-temperature economizer,elaborates on the transformation plan and implementation effect of the low-temperature economizer,proposes a calculation method for the impact of the low-temperature economizer on coal consumption for power generation,and systematically analyzes the changes in coal consumption for power generation,dust collector efficiency,and emissions of soot,NOx,and other pollutants after the transformation.The results indicate that after the transformation,the coal consumption and NOx emission concentration of the transformed unit are reduced,and the dust collector efficiency is increased by about 3.6%.These achievements not only enhance the economic efficiency of the unit but also significantly reduce pollutant emissions,providing a reference for the technological transformation of other power plants.
