摘要
目的:探讨目标导向式康复护理对脊柱骨折患者康复效果的影响。方法:选取医院收治的72例脊柱骨折患者作为研究对象,使用随机数生成器分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予目标导向式康复护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组患者护理前FIM评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过不同护理干预,观察组患者FIM评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:目标导向式康复护理,可促进脊柱骨折患者尽快恢复,对提高患者自我护理能力,改善护患关系均有重要价值,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of goal-oriented rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with spinal fracture.Methods:72 patients with spinal fracture admitted to hospital were selected as research objects.Random number generator was used to divide them into two groups,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given goal-oriented rehabilitation nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in FIM scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After different nursing interventions,FIM score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Goal-oriented rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery of patients with spinal fracture as soon as possible,and has important value in improving patients'self-care ability and improving nursepatient relationship.
