槟榔江水牛犊牛体重和体尺指标的相关性与生长曲线拟合分析

Correlation Analysis of Body Weight and Body Size Indexes and Growth Curve Fitting Analysis of Binglangjiang Buffalo Calves

摘要 为鉴定槟榔江水牛犊牛的体型外貌及揭示其生长规律,本试验选取43头健康个体,测量其体重和体尺指标,探究体重和体尺指标间的相关性,利用Gompertz模型(y=Ae-Be-kt)和Logistic模型[y=A/(1+Be-kt)]对公牛、母牛的体重、体高、体斜长、胸围和管围做生长曲线拟合分析。结果显示,公牛、母牛体重与体高、体斜长、胸围和管围均存在极显著的正相关(P<0.01);Gompertz和Logistic生长曲线、体重、体高、体斜长、胸围和管围的R^(2)均大于0.964。且Gompertz和Logistic生长曲线显示,随日龄增长公牛、母牛的胸围、体高和体斜长均呈现增长趋势,而管围增长较为平缓,公牛所有指标均略高于母牛。由此可见,槟榔江水牛犊牛体重能很好地反映各体尺指标的发育变化,且该变化可用Gompertz和Logistic生长曲线模型预测。 In order to identify the body shape and appearance of 0-180 day old Binglang River buffalo and reveal its growth rule,43 healthy individuals were selected and their body weight and body size indexes were measured to determine the correlation between body weight and body size indexes.The Gompertz model(y=Ae-Be-kt)and Logistic model(y=A/(1+Be-kt))were employed to fit the growth curve to weight,body height,body diagonal length,chest circumference and tube circumference of bulls and cows.The results showed that body weight was positively correlated with body height,body diagonal length,chest girth and tube girth(P<0.01).R^(2) of the Gompertz and Logistic growth curves,body weight,body height,body oblique length,chest circumference and tube circumference all were greater than 0.964,and the Gompertz and Logistic growth curves showed that the chest circumference,body height and body oblique length of bulls and cows all displayed an increasing trend with age,while the tube circumference increased mildly.Males are slightly better than females in all indicators.In conclusion,the body weight of 0-180 day old Binglang River buffalo can well reflect the developmental changes of all body size indexes,and the changes can be predicted by Gompertz and Logistic growth curve models.
